Privacy policy

The personal and project data we handle is mostly personal data provided to us by our customers, such as project information, company name, invoice address, e-mail address and telephone number. This privacy policy explains how we collect and use our customers' personal and project data. It also describes our customers' rights towards us and how to enforce their rights. Our customers can always contact us with questions about privacy and data protection by sending an email to info@sironagroup.se

In order to fulfill our obligations to our staff, customers and suppliers, we need to process our customers' personal data as described below. We do so with the utmost respect for our customers' privacy.

What information do we collect?

Information that customers provide to us or other relevant information in a project context. Our customers may directly or indirectly provide us with information. For example:

  • Personal and contact information: Company name, Name, billing and delivery address, e-mail address, mobile phone number, etc.
  • Payment information: invoice information, bank account number, etc.
  • Information in the context of projects: analysis and other relevant information

Information we collect about our customers

When our customers are in a relationship with us through projects/services, we may collect the following information:

  • Personal and contact information: Name, company name, billing and shipping address, email address, mobile phone number, etc.
  • Information on projects/services: For example, details of projects/services Sirona AB is involved in.
  • Financial information: what is budgeted and invoiced.
  • Historical information: a customer's invoices, payment and credit history.
  • Information on how to interact with our services: contact details, invoices, project-based information, some relevant emails

The information customers give us, as well as information about the projects/services and customers' financial information, is generally necessary to enter into a contractual relationship with Sirona AB, while the other information we collect may generally be necessary for other purposes in the project.

What do we do with customers' information?

All data is used to provide, execute and improve our projects/services and to enforce contracts. We process personal data for the following purposes based on the following legal bases:

Communicating with customers

We may use your data to communicate relevant information in our projects, services or to conduct customer satisfaction surveys regarding our services e.g. via electronic communication channels and by telephone. If our customers do not wish to receive such communications, they are welcome to send an e-mail to info@sironagroup.se .

Who might we share this information with?

We will not transfer to, or share a customer's information with, selected third parties, except our external partners (IT supplier and Accounting who have reliable confidentiality procedures). We take all reasonable legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that our customer's data is handled securely and with an adequate level of protection when transferred to or shared with such selected third parties

- Suppliers and subcontractors such as companies within our group
We only disclose personal data to other parties in cases where it is necessary to fulfill our commitment as a company. This means that personal data may be provided to insurance companies, debt collection and credit information companies, IT suppliers and accounting.

- Authorities
We may provide necessary information to authorities such as the police, tax authorities or other authorities if we are required to do so by law or if our customer has authorized us to do so. An example of a legal obligation to provide information is for measures against money laundering and terrorist financing.

- What we will NOT do with our customer's data

We will not sell our customer's personal data to third parties without their consent.

How long do we keep our personal data?

We retain our customer's data only for as long as necessary to perform our contractual obligations to the customer and as long as required by statutory retention periods. When we retain our customer's data for purposes other than for our contractual obligations, e.g. to comply with anti-money laundering, accounting and regulatory capital requirements, we retain data only for as long as necessary and/or required by law for the respective purpose.

Our customers' rights of access, rectification and erasure

Right to access customer data

You can request a copy (extract from the register) of the data you would like to know and verify the information we have about you. The copy is free to request once a year.

Right to rectification

The customer has the right to correct incorrect or incomplete information about himself. The easiest way to do this is to email the information to info@sironagroup.se

Right to be erased ("right to be forgotten")

Our customers have the right to request the deletion of their personal data in cases where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. However, there may be legal obligations that prevent us from immediately deleting parts of a customer's data. These obligations come from accounting and tax legislation, banking and money laundering legislation, but also from consumer rights legislation. In such cases, we block data that we are obliged to retain from being used for purposes other than fulfilling such legal obligations.
