Sirona is active in all parts of the investment cycle and we have acted as a partner to Private Equity companies operating in healthcare and life science for many years. The work consists of identifying acquisition candidates in the early stages through sector mapping and market screening. We have extensive experience in commercial due diligence (CDD) of concrete acquisition objects, and also vendor due diligence (VDD) in the event of divestment/exit. During the holding period, we also help with post-acquisition projects such as 100-day programs and business development for the portfolio companies at all different levels from strategy, M&A to business development.
