Background information
With the aim of increasing quality, productivity and cost-effectiveness in the region, the region is implementing a project that involves the establishment and introduction of a new, adapted and region-wide governance model and an IT support for digital business planning and follow-up.
The new governance model aims to clarify the link between political goals and goals from the administration and operations, facilitate planning, follow-up and administrative work, and support daily work, both in the implementation of activities and improvement work.
Challenge
Sirona was commissioned to carry out a needs analysis, produce procurement documentation and contract negotiation documentation, and establish a governance model. The assignment also included implementation of the new governance model and IT support.
Implementation
Sirona carried out a compilation of the governance model based on identified conditions and needs. Sirona also developed and defined common concepts for process-oriented business development and monitoring and assisted with operational project management and implementation of the project. A comparison was made with other public organizations' governance models and processes for business planning and monitoring. Sirona also carried out implementation and training within the project.
