Sirona has acted as commercial advisor to Nordstjernan in connection with their investment in the Swedish medtech company Ascilion!
Ascilion has developed a technology that extracts interstitial fluid through hollow microneedles. Interstitial fluid is recognized to be a good carrier of biomarkers but historically there has been a lack of methods for safe and painless extraction.
