During the fall, Sirona conducted a survey on how medical device companies work with aftermarket surveys. A very topical project given the new regulation for medical devices (MDR) that came into force this year!
The work on aftermarket surveys is relevant to investigate as the regulation includes feedback from end-users and follow-up of targets.
The assignment was carried out on behalf of Sahlgrenska Science Park and the startup company Research On The Go, which is part of their accelerator! Research On The Go enables a direct link between med-tech companies and end users without risking security or privacy standards. Sirona is always striving to boost new innovative ideas and we are happy to contribute to strengthening the startup sphere in Life Science.
