Sirona would identify, analyze and develop new service offerings for the company in new markets.
Implementation
In this, Sirona acted as a strategic advisor to the company, supporting the board and management team in identifying, analyzing and developing new business concepts for international expansion, as well as developing positioning strategies. As part of the assignment, Sirona carried out product and service development through comprehensive trend analysis in the field as well as new treatment methods, business intelligence and market segmentation of the international market. Sirona also developed strategies for possible entry into new markets. The new areas were concretized and evaluated on the basis of the international market, and the potential of the proposed new areas was estimated for further prioritization and investment, as well as in relation to the target group analyses carried out.
Outcome
Through thorough business development work, a clear vision and positioning of the client's business has been developed and new markets identified. The business development resulted in a recommendation and a plan for a number of areas and markets to enter, and the further work included developing even more detailed strategies to achieve these goals. For example, the project resulted in an entry into the Swedish market.
