We at Sirona are proud to participate in Tekniksprånget and help secure the skills supply of the future.
We welcome Kajsa Hellberg as a Tekniksprångare with us at Sirona! Kajsa will carry out Tekniksprånget at Sirona until May under the supervision of Josefin Lindemalm. Josefin did Tekniksprånget in 2012 and after that chose to study further to become a civil engineer. Josefin currently works as a consultant with us at Sirona.
Tekniksprånget is an internship program in which Sweden's employers, together with the government, invest to secure our future skills supply by attracting more young people to higher technical education. According to a report from the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, Tekniksprånget also contributes to more young women choosing to study a higher technical education.
